Professor of Labour Economics at Università Bocconi, Tito Boeri is a fellow at the IGIER Innocenzo Gasparini Institute for Economic Research at Bocconi and director of the Rodolfo Debenedetti Foundation, an institution which aims to promote research in the field of welfare system reform and the European job market. He was
senior economist at the OECD in Paris from 1987 to 1996 and a consultant of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the European Commission and the International Labour Organization. He is also a research fellow of CEPR and of the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Board of the European Economic Association and coordinator of a website offering economic information, http://www.lavoce.info/ . Editorialist of La Stampa and La Repubblica, Boeri is author of number publications in international journals, including the NBER Macroeconomics Annual and the American Economic Review.
