Stefano Soro
Head of Unit responsible for product and service safety at the European Commission
Born in Genoa in 1966 and graduated in Corporate Economics from Università Bocconi. After working in human resources for a multinational, Stefano Soro, Head of Unit responsible for product and service safety at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Health and Consumer Protection, came to the European Commission in 1994. In 2002 he began working in health and consumer protection, later becoming responsible for relations with consumer organizations.
