Pietro Corsi
Science historian at Oxford
Pietro Corsi, editor of La Rivista dei Libri, the Italian version of the New York Review of Books, has taught at various European and US universities: Oxford, Cambridge, Geneva, Harvard, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Since the beginning of the academic year 2006-2007 he has been University Chair in the History of Science at Oxford. His publications include Oltre il mito. Lamarck e le scienze naturali del suo tempo (Bologna, Il Mulino, 1983) and Science and Religion. Baden-Powell and the Anglican Debate (Cambridge, Cambridge University Press, 1989).
