Maurizio Del Conte

Professor of Labor Law at Bocconi
Associate Professor of Labor Law and teacher of civil and labor law at Università Bocconi, Maurizio Del Conte was a contract instructor of labor law at the University of Milan-Bicocca, faculty of education, and International Visiting Professor in Comparative Labor Law at the University of Richmond School of Law (Richmond, Virginia). Del Conte has taught at the Universities of Tokyo, Kyoto and Kobe. He is editorial coordinator of the journal Orientamenti della giurisprudenza del lavoro and a member of the editorial committee of the journal Diritto delle relazioni industriali.

He has published numerous papers in specialist journals in Italy and abroad, including The Japan Institute of Labor, Official Bulletin, The Richmond Journal of Global Law & Business, and Responsabilità civile e previdenza.
