Maurizio Dallocchio
Holder of the Lehman Brothers chair in corporate finance at Bocconi, he has been Dean of SDA Bocconi
A Full Professor at Bocconi University, Maurizio Dallocchio is holder of the Lehman Brothers chair in corporate finance. He was Dean of SDA Bocconi from 2003 to 2005 and is the co-ordinator of the Master in Corporate Finance, SDA Bocconi. In 1996 he taught Working Capital Management at the London Business School, and in 2000 he taught International Valuation and Mergers & Acquisitions at The Stern School of Business, New York University. He is a member of the executive committee of the Italian Financial Accounting Standards Board and of the editorial board of the journal Finanza Marketing e Produzione. He is also a member of the Academic Council CEIBS - China - Europe International Business School.
