Kevin h. O’rourke
Professor of Economics at Trinity College in Dublin
Kevin O’Rourke has taught at Columbia University and at University College in Dublin. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Paris and Harvard University, where he received a Ph.D. He coordinates the CEPR project on economic history and is a researcher for the
National Bureau of Economic Research. He has also been the editor of the European Review of Economic History and a board member of the Journal of Economic History. In 1999 his book, Globalization and History, which was translated into Italian, won an award from the American publisher’s association.
