Harvey Zahoui Chen
President of the First Light Academy, Centre of economic, logistic and financial research with headquarters in Shanghai and the United States. FMI researcher from 1995 to 1999.
He is also a member of the Global Economy team at the Oxford Analytica centre and is a consultant for the national commission of the conference of Chinese policy and a member of the Chinese committee of foreign affairs.
He has collaborated with the London School of Economics as a professor and member of the financial markets group. He received a PhD in economics and finance from Columbia University after which he worked as a value analyst at JP Morgan Chase in New York.
