Franco Bernabè

Vice-President of Rotschild Europa
President of Fbgroup, an investment firm in the ICT field, Franco Berbabè is also vice-president of Rotschild Europa. He has been the managing director of Telecom Italia and of Eni, where he dealt with the company’s privatization. Before that he was chief economist of Fiat and senior economist of the OECD in the department of economics and statistics, Paris. He is a board member of PetroChina, ACEA and Industrie Pininfarina, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Council on Foreign Relations and of the Peres Center for Peace. From 2001 to 2003 he was the president of the Biennale di Venezia and since December 2004 he has been the President of MART – the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto.
