Domenico Siniscalco

Vice President and Managing Director of Morgan Stanley

Domenico Siniscalco graduated in law from Turin University and obtained a PhD in economics at Cambridge, where he began an outstanding academic career which continued at Louvain la Neuve, Johns Hopkins and Turin University. Between July 2001 and September 2005 he was first Directory-General of the Treasury and then Minister of the Economy and Finance. He is also the author of several university texts and more than 70 other publications. For many years he has been a leader writer for Il Sole 24Ore and La Stampa.
