Diana Bracco
President and managing director of Gruppo Bracco and president of Assolombarda
With a degree in chemistry, Diana Bracco received an honorary degree from the University of Pavia and the Catholic University of Rome. She is president of Assolombarda, president and managing director of Gruppo Bracco, managing director of the Centro Diagnostico Italiano, and president of the Fondazione Mai of Confindustria and Confarma. She is also a board member of Confindustria, a member of the chairmanship committee of Federchimica, and a board member of Assonome, Techosp, the national council of research, the consortium for the centre of molecular biomedicine of Trieste and
of the Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici. She is a member of the Italian Council of INSEAD. In the past she has held the following roles: vice-president of Confindustria for innovation and technological development and president of Federchimica. She has been bestowed with the “Merit of the Republic” award of Cavaliere di Gran Croce and received the gold medal from the City of Milan.
