Andrea Guerra
Chief Executive Officer of Luxottica
41 years old, since 2004 Andrea Guerra has been the chief executive officer of the Luxottica Group, the largest group in the world in production and distribution of sunglasses. Before going to Luxottica he worked at Merloni Elettrodomestici for ten years. Since 2000 he had been the chief executing officer of the multinational group which is based in the Marches region, and was the youngest managing director of an Italian company quoted on the stock exchange. Before that he had worked for five years at Marriott Italia, the Italian branch of the Marriott Corporation, in various operational and marketing positions. Andrea Guerra has a degree in Economics con lode from La Sapienza University, and is married with three children.
